How much does bookkeeping service cost?

The price of service depends on which services you choose, your company’s size and the number of transactions. Limestone will provide you an estimate when we review your unique needs. For almost all small to midsize businesses the cost of using Limestone for your bookkeeping needs is dramatically less than hiring a full time person.


What kind of software do you use?

Limestone has bookkeepers that are QuickBooks ProAdvisors. They have passed extensive testing and are experts in the use of this industry software.


Do you come to my business?

Yes, we will typically visit your place of business once a week to enter transactions and take care of any of your bookkeeping related needs.


If I have an accountant do I need a bookkeeper?

Accountants and bookkeepers provide businesses different services. A bookkeeper provides ongoing services that allow you to track the flow of money in and out of your business. Most accountants do no provide this service. Bookkeepers also prepare the information that accountants utilize for tax purposes. We often work with our client’s accountants to ensure accurate records and reporting.


Would Limestone control my money?

No, we provide cashflow planning. We do pay bills and do payroll, but we do not have check signing ability. You are in control of your money.
